The Principal Civil Medical
Officer advises me that a special medical examination of
Nursing Sisters selected for service in this Colony is
unnecessary, as a certificate from their family medical
attendent or from an officer of the hospital at which they
are working will ha sufficient: and in these circumstances
I see no reason why the payment of special medical fees in
these cases should be continued.
I have the honour to be,
My Lord,
Your Lordship's most obedient,
humble servant,
Manigang
Governor, &C..
